This Privacy Policy explains how HY INTERNATIONAL GROUP, INC. ("HYIG," "Tkare," "we," "us," or "our") may collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Tkare website, mobile application, connected devices, and related services.

Starter policy notice. This policy reflects the current product concept and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch or collection of production user data.

1. Information we may collect

Depending on the features you use, we may collect:

Account information, such as name, email address, phone number, login credentials, and account preferences.
Care profile information, such as a profile name, age range, caregiver relationship, and settings selected by the account holder.
Device and care-event data, such as device identifiers, wetness or temperature-related signals, alerts, timestamps, status information, and care records.
Technical information, such as IP address, device type, operating system, application version, diagnostic logs, and security events.
Communications, including support requests and feedback.

2. How we use information

We may use information to provide and secure the service; create and manage accounts; connect devices; deliver alerts and care records; send requested verification codes and service communications; troubleshoot and improve performance; respond to support requests; comply with law; and protect users, HYIG, and others.

3. Email and SMS communications

We may send transactional messages for account verification, password resets, security alerts, device notifications, and other service-related purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers solely to deliver the requested communications and operate the service.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to cloud hosting, messaging, analytics, security, support, and other service providers acting on our instructions; to authorized caregivers or organization administrators selected by the account holder; in a business transaction; or when required to comply with law and protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Retention periods may vary by data type and account configuration.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children and dependent users

Tkare may support caregiving for children or dependent adults, but account creation and consent must be completed by an authorized adult. Do not submit information about another person unless you have the authority to do so.

8. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to verification and applicable law. You may also manage notification preferences in the application where available.

9. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and legal requirements evolve. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
