These Terms govern access to the Tkare website, application, connected-device features, and related services provided by HY INTERNATIONAL GROUP, INC.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you create or manage a profile for a child, dependent adult, patient, resident, or pet, you represent that you have appropriate authority and consent.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining credential confidentiality, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Intended use

Tkare may provide device-status information, wetness or temperature-related alerts, care records, reminders, and shared views. Alerts may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or affected by device placement, connectivity, batteries, settings, or third-party services. Users must continue appropriate direct checks and care practices.

4. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, reverse engineer except where law permits, upload unlawful content, use the service to harm another person, or use it in violation of law.

5. Communications

You consent to receive essential account and service communications electronically. Optional communications may be managed through available preferences. SMS use is governed by our SMS Terms.

6. Intellectual property

Tkare technology, software, designs, content, trademarks, and related rights belong to HY INTERNATIONAL GROUP, INC. or its licensors and project partners. These Terms provide a limited, revocable right to use the service as intended.

The service may rely on cloud, telecommunications, device-platform, payment, or other third-party services. Their availability and terms may affect the service.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
