SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply when you provide a mobile number to receive text messages from Tkare or HY INTERNATIONAL GROUP, INC.

1. Program description

Tkare may send transactional text messages, including one-time verification codes, password-reset codes, security alerts, device or service notifications, and account-related support messages.

2. Consent

By providing your number and requesting or enabling text-message features, you consent to receive automated transactional messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing unrelated goods or services.

3. Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on account activity and enabled features. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt out and help

Where supported, reply STOP to opt out of non-essential SMS messages and reply HELP for help. Essential security or account messages may require another delivery method if SMS is disabled. You may also contact contactus@hyig.com.

5. Number changes

You are responsible for keeping your mobile number current. If you discontinue or transfer your number, update your account promptly.

6. Privacy

We use mobile information to provide the requested service and messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

SMS availability depends on carrier coverage, supported countries, registration requirements, and service-provider systems. Delivery is not guaranteed.
